Return Policy

limited warranty
Gtmedia warrants that the Hardware will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship when used normally for one year (twelve months) from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). If Gtmedia determines that the Hardware is defective (except as specified below), Gtmedia will, at its option, repair or replace the Hardware to a functionally equivalent standard.

Gtmedia does not support warranty
Damage, deterioration or failure of hardware due to:
Accident, misuse, fire, water, lightning or other natural disasters, abuse, ambient temperatures outside the recommended operating range for the hardware, neglect, commercial use or unauthorized modification of your hardware or any part thereof;
damage caused by improper operation or maintenance, connection to an incorrect voltage supply, or attempted repairs by anyone other than a facility authorized by Gtmedia to repair your hardware;
Use consumables or parts that do not meet Gtmedia's specifications;
Any product damage caused by shipping;
using a defective, damaged or leaking cell or battery pack, or using a cell or battery pack not in accordance with the instructions;
Normal wear or damage/scratches to the exterior plastic;
Owner's failure to perform regular product maintenance in accordance with any recommendations provided by the hardware;
or abnormal operating conditions, including smoke (such as cigarette smoke), steam, and dust.
Consumables (such as fuses and batteries).
The serial number of the hardware has been changed, damaged or removed.
The cost of sending the hardware to a Gtmedia authorized facility.
Fees for returning hardware to China
Any personal settings or personal data stored on the hardware are deleted, lost or damaged during authorized (or unauthorized) repair service.
Defects or problems caused by virus/worm/Trojan horse infection or similar conditions. Virus removal is not covered under warranty.
Defects or erroneous operation caused by you preventing automatic hardware updates.
